On March 25, 2026, a seminar titled “Japanese Business: The Pillar for Country Development” was held at the Laos-Japan Human Resource Development Institute (LJI). The session was led by Professor Dr. Phouphet Kyophilavong, Vice President of the National University of Laos, and Dr. Phonekeo Chanthamaly, Director of the Laos-Japan Human Resource Development Institute.
The seminar was attended by MBA students, participants from the institute’s Keiei-Juku (Executive Management) program, representatives from various business entities, and interested entrepreneurs. During the session, participants exchanged views on the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), specifically drawing on and sharing key business lessons and best practices from Japan.
