Niloud KEOMANY
I serve as the IT Support and Public Relations officer at the Laos-Japan Human Resource Development Institute (LJI). In this role, I provide comprehensive technical support to LJI’s staff on proprietary software and applications. My responsibilities encompass installation, network environment setup, basic usage guidance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and effective conflict resolution. Additionally, I create compelling visual media for our social media advertising, including posters, banners, and videos. I take charge of managing and maintaining the organization’s website to ensure an engaging online presence.
