ຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຈະໄດ້ຮຽນຮູ້ ເເລະ ຮັບໂອກາດຕ່າງໆ ດັ່ງລູ່ມນີ້:
• ເຂົ້າຝຶກອົບຮົມໃນຫຼັກສູດຕ່າງໆ ເພື່ອຮຽນຮູ້ກ່ຽວກັບການຂະຫຍາຍທຸລະກິດ
• ເເຂ່ງຂັນນຳສະເໜີແຜນທຸລະກິດ ເພື່ອຊິງທຶນສະໜັບສະໜູນ ຈາກອົງການ JICA (ລວມທຶນເງິນລາງວັນທັງໝົດ ຈຳນວນ USD 60,000, ສູງສຸດໃຫ້ 5 ບໍລິສັດ)
• ຮຽນຮູ້ ເເລະ ຮັບຄຳປຶກສາສະເພາະດ້ານ ເເບບຕົວຕໍ່ຕົວ ກັບບັນດາຜູ້ຊ່ຽວຊານທີ່ມີປະສົບການ ທັງພາຍໃນ ເເລະ ຕ່າງປະເທດ.

ເງື່ອນໄຂການສະໝັກ:
1. ເປັນບໍລິສັດທີ່ສ້າງຕັ້ງເເລ້ວ ລວມທັງ Start-up ທີ່ຢູ່ໃນຊ່ວງຕົ້ນ ແລະ ບໍລິສັດທີ່ເປີດໃໝ່
2. ເປັນທຸລະກິດທີ່ສ້າງຄຸນຄ່າໃຫ້ແກ່ສັງຄົມ ເເລະ ມີເງື່ອນໄຂກົງກັບໜຶ່ງ (ຫຼື ທັງສອງ) ບູລິມະສິດຂອງໂຄງການ
3. ເປັນທຸລະກິດ ທີ່ກຳລັງດຳເນີນຢູ່ (ມີການເຄື່ອນໄຫວທຸລະກິດ ເພື່ອທົດລອງຮູບເເບບທຸລະກິດມາເເລ້ວ, ສຳລັບທຸລະກິດທີ່ຍັງບໍ່ທັນໄດ້ດຳເນີນກິດຈະການແມ່ນຍັງບໍ່ສາມາດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມໄດ້)
4. ມັກຮຽນຮູ້ສິ່ງໃໝ່ໆ ແລະ ພ້ອມທີ່ຈະມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມໃນກິດຈະກຳ
