Book Handover Ceremony from the Kawasaki Rotary Club to four schools in Vientiane. On 12 February 2026, the Lao-Japan Institute hosted a ceremony to hand over extracurricular reading books from the Rotary Club of Kawasaki to four secondary schools in Vientiane.
Distinguished guests included:

• Mr. Yuka Hattori, Third Secretary, Embassy of Japan in Laos

This initiative supports reading development and strengthens educational cooperation between Laos and Japan.
