This training will emphasize on leadership skills development for individual staff and management so that they can improve their emotional intelligent, expressing own right assertive, arts of listening and speaking in team and in organization. Participants will learn about the leading power sources such as real leading power does not come from official position, but it is an influence that other people comply by faith. The participants will also study about situational leadership, how to lead different types of the people in organization, and so on. All lessons will be taught through the principles and specific technique.
